Genuinely one of the worst service providers of any kind (not just deliveries) that I've ever come across. If you track a package with them it constantly updates day after day to say they attempted delivery, but in my experience it's complete fantasy. I work from home and many times that it claimed someone tried to deliver a package no one never did. It's rare anyone answers the phone in the depot. If you're lucky enough to finally get your package at the end of this it usually looks like instead of delivering it someone just ran it over with one of their trucks and then put it back in the warehouse. Unfortunately a vendor I use only has them as an option, but if you are a vendor do consider another delivery company, for everyone's sake.
Ordered a mattress from amazon they said they attempted delivery at 10.21 am and the time was only 9.45 when i received the message which is pure lies, checled my ring doorbell bo dpd delivery was attempted. rescheduled for next day surprise surprise never arrived, rescheduled for next day again
Today 11th of July at 10:00 had a delivery scheduled with DPD, but I wasn’t sure what time the driver would arrive. I called the local depot for more information, and I was truly impressed by the level of service I received. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He went out of his way to assist me – he even contacted the driver directly to check the estimated delivery time for me. This kind of customer care is rare nowadays, and I genuinely appreciated the extra effort. It made the entire delivery experience smooth and stress-free. A big thank you to the staff at the depot – especially the person who took my call. Excellent service like this deserves to be recognized and praised! I will use again DPD for sure!

Very poor Service. After reaching Parsal in DPD Godown, it's take a time 3-4 days for deliver at Home Address. Don't Trust
Don't feel its a better option as a delivery medium.. Utter waste and irresponsible staff.. Driver's are good.. Respect for them..
Got text to say delivery 6 to 7pm, obviously driver could not be bothered to use keypad at front of The Fold, I have to buzz people in. So my parcel back to Mallusk. Probably be another no show tomorrow. Would I recommend DPD, A BIG FAT NO.
I wasn't home when i was supposed to have an item delivered to me. Very next day without even phone call to depot in Mallusk i went there first thing in the morning and two young workers who were there served me my item without any hassle whatsover. I absolutely loved their attitude towards customers. So easy to deal with. Definitely recommend to come here for collection if delivery man missed you in the house. Good job in the depot folks.
