   I was the victim of a hit and run where my parked vehicle was damaged. NI Accident Management was recommended to me, I called them and from that point on they took over the whole process - engaging a solicitor to gather evidence, trace the other party and deal with their insurance company, as well as provide me with a replacement vehicle while they repaired mine. A week after the original incident i had my car back good as new, and there ended my involvement. I think this is amazing; they made the whole process completely painless and stress-free and I can't recommend them highly enough.

   I would highly recommend NI Accident Management, I was involved in a car crash on a Wednesday night and spoke to Mark the next morning he was very understanding and sorted me out with a courtesy car which I got on Thursday evening, this was a very quick and efficient service. My car was wrote off due to the significant damage caused to it, they had an accessor look at my car and they sorted out all that, I had there courtesy car for a month until the value loss of my car came through which was a massive help. Mark and Helena were both very helpful and answered any questions or queries, Helena always got back to me very promptly if there was anything I wanted to know, I really appreciated it, I couldn’t thank them enough. Finding yourself in a position were you have been hit by another car can be a very scary and stressful situation but NI Accident Management have made this process a lot easier. NI Accident Management who have their own solicitors who are currently dealing with my case and so far I have also found them a great help, answering any questions I have and keeping me informed and up to date. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident please don’t hesitate to contact them, they have the best team of people.

   Following an unfortunate accident recently where my car was completely written off I got in contact with NI Accident Management. They were so understanding and could not do enough for me in what were very stressful circumstances. I contacted Mark at 11am and he had a courtesy car delivered to my door by 3pm the same afternoon. Helena was so efficient and kept me up to date throughout every stage of the process. My payment was made in a timely manner and the communication from their solicitor was excellent too. I had previously seen services like these advertised and thought they were too good to be true! But I was wrong. Everything was seamless from start to finish.    10/10 would recommend I was really stressed after my car accident, but as soon as I phoned NI Accident Management, they took over everything. They handled all the worries, the paperwork, and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I spoke to, Mark, Helena, Paul and David, was so kind and easy to talk to. They made a difficult situation so much easier. The communication was fantastic, the process was fast, and my car came back looking brand new. I even had a courtesy car while mine was being repaired, which was such a big help. I'm so grateful for their help and can't recommend them enough!

   I can’t compliment this company enough. I was hit in a car park by a reversing car while I was waiting for a free petrol pump. My car had a good bit of damage but I happened to also be 8 months pregnant so was pretty shaken up. The staff were swift and amazing to work with. Very understanding and handled everything for me with ease which I very much appreciated. Helena was very helpful and was my initial contact. She was lovely to speak to and very good at reassuring me, she put me in contact with a solicitor which helped with the insurance side of things. Paul dealt with my car and took it away leaving me with the courtesy car. My own car was fixed promptly and I am delighted with the results. Highly recommend using this company if you are unfortunate enough to require them. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need and have already recommended to friends and family.    I highly recommend NI Accident Management and their team, especially Mark. After my accident, which happened on a Saturday evening and left my car undriveable, I was referred to NI Accident Management by a friend who assured me they would take care of everything. Despite the timing of the accident, they were able to provide me with a courtesy car within a few hours, which was a huge help since I was due to travel abroad the next day. Throughout the process, Mark and his team were incredibly accommodating and professional, providing everything I needed including an excellent solicitor and an engineer's report on my vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. When it came time to return the courtesy car, they even arranged for it to be picked up directly from my home, which is two hours away from their home base. I am extremely grateful to NI Accident Management and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

   Mark is a dream to work with. First accident for me with someone going into the back of me. I was completely clueless on next steps and Mark was recommended to me. Mark rang on a Sunday and within 2 days I had a replacement car, with mine off to be fixed. Mark also put me in touch with David to support the claim as it wasn’t my fault, who again, was very responsive and kept me updated. Mark kept in touch with updates in progress with my car. He took away all worries for me and the hassle to try and sort it out myself, where do you even start!! A lovely guy who excels in customer service. Highly recommend and as I said a dream to work with! Thank you!

   I’d 100% recommend Mark and his team at NI Accident Management Ltd. Mark recently helped me with a minor road traffic incident that occurred in September 2022. From the initial call, Mark is friendly, reassuring and was able to provide regular progress updates. A top quality courtesy car was provided to me while repairs where being carried out on my vehicle and the work completed by the workshop exceeded all my expectations.    After being hit by another car, Mark and NI Accident Management was recommended to me. Mark brought me a replacement vehicle that same day and removed my damaged car. I have no complaints about this company, it was hassle free and took a lot of stress out of having to deal with insurance companies. 5 stars don't seem to be sufficient. Would say I would definitely use them again in future but hope I never have to. Thank you Mark for all your help, it was very much appreciated!

   NI Accident Management was recommended to me by the driver of the tow truck who took my car away after an accident, he said Mark and his team would take care of everything and sure enough they did, from delivering a really nice courtesy car to my door, to providing an excellent solicitor who dealt with the insurance company. Mark kept me informed any time there was news and was always very friendly and professional. The mechanics did a fantastic job cos the car came back looking like new. I totally recommend this company and am grateful to them for dealing with everything.
