   After work my fiancé ordered pizzas for us. We have been waiting over an hour. When I opened a box, they put the wrong pizza for me. He ordered chicken, pineapple & mushrooms. But they gave me pepperoni. I don't eat the red meat. So My fiancé made a complaint. He said sorry on the telephone. But he made the wrong one again, it was not thin crust like how I want it. I paid £30 for 2 pizzas on Christmas eve. But they were terrible. We have been the clients over 7 years. This is the last time, I won't order the pizzas here again. I'm really disappointed.

   I have been a customer for over 2 years and always has been good but today I waited an hour and a half for my food for it to turn up nearly cold and undercooked. I request no cheese on my pizza and get small pieces dotted around the pizza with bits of cheese as if they have crossed with another pizza or accidentally started putting cheese on the pizza. Very disappointed they have lost a good customer.

   Delicious and hot pizza as always would highly recommend to try out their food specially meat feast vegetarian hot pizzas with thin crust don’t forget to try their side orders as well nuggets and hot wings . Great service friendly staff and very fast delivery I will try out their other menu items as well for sure

   After placing my order online I phoned them to change the time. The line was noisy and choppy but I managed to get it changed. I made the order at 16.54 and asked to be delivered to 19.00. Well after my dinner turns up nearly 20 mins late we sat down to eat what I can only describe as a slightly cheesy frisbee. The pizzas were a disgrace. The hot wings were clearly from Iceland or some other cheap supermarket and the garlic bread was so bad that even our dog didn't want it. Back to the pizzas, Aldi have a much better quality and range of oven pizza for less than £3, so I'm confused as to how this shop can charge over £26 for what was basically bad prison food. Please do not eat from this place.

   I explained too the shop i wanted a large portion of chips he charged me £5 when its only £2.50 on there menu and this is what i got after waiting 20 minutes with nobody else in the store absolutely terrible

   Horrible service ordered pizzas in store waited over 40 minutes for the order to be wrong. no pepperoni just plain cheese after calling was told the pizza could be replaced at a later date when I went to make good on replacement was told I had to pay half price is the best they could do. thin crust pizza sold as deep Pan
