My experience was excellent. Super frendly staff that goes the extra mile. I mixed up my three parcel labels and got it wrong twice. The friendly cashier left her position and kindly helped me, no hassle. I highly recommend this Evri ParcelShop!

Staff in this shop/Hermes Parcel shop are always super rude! Never felt comfortable with them. Once I asked I'd like to have a proof of postage before they start scanning (I thought it would be better to ask before they start doing it for the process to issue it) He got angry at me and rolled his eyes and start making fun of me. I was very upsetting, sad and it was very uncomfortable. Never going to use them again.
