   I have been to this shop to send a parcel and the man was so agressive and yelling from the morning because of printer! He has written some notes on the printer “dont pull the label” and I didn’t see it ! Months ago it was a note again pull on the left side or something like this! I don’t understand why you people don’t check the shops before you add this service, if they can serve to the customers on the right way! Its not only me complaining about this shop and it’s not only me being abused from the staff for this situation! That man shouted at me that i was rude …when the only thing I was saying its i cant scan the barcode if the empty labels was hanging on the floor! I had a terrible experience and i will never use that store Ervi again! Im shocked and terrified how that man was talking to me because I was just taking the empty labels to scan my parcel barcode! Am Very furious!
