   I’m a bit surprised by some of the other reviews, as my experience has always been great. The staff are consistently polite and helpful, and it’s really convenient that they accept Evri and Collect+.

   They weren't very happy about showing me how to use the automated arrangements. Grudgingly gave me a receipt then refused to take the very small package unless I took the backing from a sticker they put on it. Evidently they "have no bin". (I might arrange a whip round to get them one.) I simply put the package down and went. It has been received by Evri which is the main thing. Self service kit in shops needs a bit of support. Maybe they thought I was stupid and too assertive (I grew irritated but I was friendly enough at first, I reckon). Maybe the three of them were busy but it didn't look like it. Next time I'll take my daughter - she knows her way around computer systems. But it will probably be elsewhere.
