He tried posting it with DHL and when that didn't work, went above and beyond to sort the issue by identifying the correct postal company and sending it on my behalf. “Had a slight issue with my special delivery package, I immediately called the customer service line and headed down to the sorting office despite it being closed. I ran into a very helpful delivery Driver called Rupert who helped me tirelessly to track my package which was important documents. He was able to get in contact with the driver and have my documents redelivered. I think Rupert deserved recognition and a raise :)”
