   This is the worse news agent, my parcel has been missing for 6 weeks and the tracking number says its still at the shop and hasn't been collected. Don't use this shop Useless and not helpful I still do not know where my.parcel is and haven't been refunded

   Utterly useless company. Returning my virgin media equipment their website could find no collection locations in Central London, Mayfair or the W1 postcode. In fact, it couldn't find any, anywhere. Makes it pretty impossible to return my item. The website has one basic job and utterly failed. No staff available to help or solve the problem when I finally got through.

   When you try to find a place where you can go and drop your parcels, you can just see the approximate location and timings of the shop, no shop's name.

   Collect my dhl parcel by mistake and lost it now , very unhelpful customer service, never ever recommend to anyone, Customer service is very poor , even doesn’t no how to handle the customer, I hope some will find my comment helpful

   Collect plus is only as reliable as the shop receiving your parcel. A Londis branch had 2 parcels for me. I received notification from Ebay that the items arrived. I could not collect until day 7. The parcels arrived one day apart. The second parcel to arrive I collected. The first one they said they requested a return. However they could not find or tell me what happened to the other parcel. Got very nasty in fact. Took my husband in there and they denied all knowledge of even receiving it. We finally found a contact for collect plus. They did not really want to know. Said they would investigate cctv at shop and get back to us in 1 week. They never bothered. The parcel was a ring worth over £500. After much stress, it even messed up payment to other buyer. Ebay telling me to reverse requests not made by me but by Londis. At no point did Ebay really help or give accurate instructions. They did not appear to understand what had happened. In the end Ebay refunded me. But seller has been left £1000 short. Seller was very helpful. Apparently Ebay automatically set up click and collect! I find collect plus very shady. I will never use them again. Or Ebay after absolutely no help. I would not be suprised to see them fighting many small claims in court shortly. DO NOT USE.
