Excellent service. Jason arrived on the dame day that I called for the installation. He arrived on time and fitted the dishwasher quickly and professionally.
Asked to set up pulley for clothes airer- did a good job on that and even pointed out the issues with the clothes airer equipment I'd bought. Also helped to to drill a few more holes which I appreciated. However, he refused to leave until I wrote a review despite me asking him to leave because I was on a call and would do it after the call. I ended up feeling very threatened especially because I was a woman alone in the house. Wouldn't use the service again for that reason and I wonder how many of the reviews here were done under threatening circumstances.
Really good guy, helped put my TV up on the wall, also helped with wall sockets and a broken wardrobe door. I've got more jobs for him in the next few weeks and he's happy to help. Highly recommend!
The kitchen sink mixer tap seized up and then started spurting water everywhere. Water supply had to be turned off for the whole apartment. I filled in the online job request for an urgent plumbing repair. Jason came to our rescue and everything was sorted the next afternoon. New tap and hoses fitted quickly and efficiently by Jason. Very reasonable charges for work done.
Work is always completed to an extremely high standard, with before and after photos provided with every invoice. No job is too big or too small, we are in fact yet to find something Jason is not able to fix/replace! The feedback we have had from our landlords and tenants is incredible. Not to mention the times you have saved me at my own properties with issues that have arisen. Jason - thank you for always being available and happy to provide advice, attend to emergencies at short notice no matter what time of the day and generally being our knight in shining armour.
We can’t explain how happy we are that we have found Jason, he did multiple jobs at our house and the most recent one was converting a shed into a beautiful study. Jason did an amazing job in very short time and kept it all to the budget that was given. He comes in time, kept his words and gave us his professional opinion about what works and what doesn’t. We have already been passing Jason number to all of our friends and family because he is trustworthy and an honest man with great work ethics.
Had an issue with the washing machine. Communication was very prompt and good. Jason asked many questions and gave me some suggestions to see if I could fix the issue myself first. As nothing worked, I booked a slot, which was very easy to do. Before booking a proper engineer service I wanted Jason to came and check where the issue is coming from. He checked everything and confirmed that the problem wasn’t in the filter/plumbing but with the electrical board. Highly recommend this handyman service, very professional (they also send a photo of their job, which is very convenient in some cases). Will definitely bear in mind this service for any future issues!
Jason responded incredibly quickly and arranged a time that afternoon. He turned up on time and did the work required. No mucking about - speedy and competent which is pretty much everything you want in a handyman.
The Handyman was recommended to me and it was bit of a lifesaver. I got an answer from someone straight away and got my furniture fixed the same day. Plus the workman was great. All round a great experience especially as the tradespeople I tried to call or message to get hold of before I tried them didn’t bother to get back to me.
