   Pretty good, but feels like they deal with tradies more than with the customer. Howdens don't take on responsibility for the fitter and mine was lackluster. Fitter doesn't seem to have a place to rate them anymore, so Howdens are catching the flack for this one a wee bit! (eclipse interiors)

   I have just moved to the Kinning park branch and couldn’t have chosen a better branch to take my business. Sean, Tam, Duncan, magda, and the rest of the staff are always so polite, helpful and not only offer great support but excellent advice also. Keep it up guys bloody great work.

   Scotland branches. Bought products in one store(no stocked items), picked up from 3 different shops(spent whole day to travel back and forward). Showed my receipts on collection in East Kilbride shop. Inexperience lady asked me to pay again for goods due to system error when showed her receipts even bank transfer. They do not know how to transfer products between stores. At the end received damages products from Kinning Park Glasgow Just only my stuff found solution to deliver job on time. Howdens do not care about their service and customer satisfaction. Im very disapointed. If you can AVOID and go somewhere else.

   We recently purchased a new kitchen from Howdens Kinning Park. From the outset, Lawrence was fantastic in his communication, enthuthiasm and creativity to ensure our new kitchen met our exacting standards. He made the entire process straight forward, and based on previous experiences with a range of other kitchen companies, we cannot recommend Lawrence and Howdens highly enough. Customer service, After Sales and attention to detail are only a few of the highlights of our experience. Would not hesitate in purchasing another kitchen from Howdens, our finished kitchen is amazing and the quality of the products from Howdens is superior to any of their competitors.
