    Needed fence repaired and was given his number. I phoned but no reply so messaged his Facebook page for a quote to fix it. He replied and asked me to send pictures of damaged fence and then gave me quote, which I agreed with. Said he would let me know on Monday (over a week now) when he could do it., When he didn't get back to me I messaged him asking him if he could let me know when he could do work. He didn't reply so I went to message him again but couldn't as have been blocked on Facebook. Totally disgusted. It would have taken just as much time to message me and say he couldn't do it instead of blocking me.

    Had this guy in to put in shelving and exterior painting. Poor quality workmanship and a total lack of response to fix problems he created. I would never use again.

    I started off getting a quote for my back and front garden and new gutters and facings at the top of the house. I was really impressed with the work that Jim and Ryan done to the outside of my house. Once completed I was really happy with the work done I got Francis Contracts to fit a new kitchen in my house. After that the decorated my full house and made me fitted wardrobes and replaced some doors. Would highly recommend Francis Contracts. They have completely gave my whole house a revamp and have done a fantastic job. Was ideal for me as I did not need to get several people into so different jobs and that was a big plus for me. 5* from me
