   I went in today to get my nails done, I went in with maroon and came out with black. I was told by Tom that I asked for black. I explained to him I wanted the colour I had on originally. He said I asked for black. I explained that I can’t wear black for work, he came back at me and was very rude. Told me to either leave or I would have to sit and wait now to get Re painted.This was very embarrassing, upsetting and in front of his customers. I paid £42 for a set of acrylics, I paid cash for as this is always their preferred payment, I gave him some coins which he refused! A very upsetting customer experience.

   I have been coming to Windsor nails for 7.5 years and they never disappoint! Tom and Leanne are experts at their craft, always friendly and welcoming and willing to squeeze me in last minute! I have now moved away from Windsor but still come back to Windsor for my nails ❤️

   You get what you pay for. Nothing is sanitised. The desk has not been cleaned from a previous customer. Staff don't really pay attention as they multitasking while doing your nails such as taking the payments from other clients or answering the phones. Cuticles not touched, so very basic manicure and shellac has been applied quite far from the Cuticles. I guess the reason behind it is for you to come sooner as the growth of the nail will be visible quite soon. Won't be coming back

   Best nail salon I’ve ever been to, my nails always look better than the inspiration pictures I bring. Staff are really talented at what they do. Never had any complaints and my nails last longer than any other salon I’ve been to. There’s a reason customers are so loyal to Windsor Nails

   I struggled for a long while to find a decent nail place. I’ve been coming here for nearly 2 years now and they are the best around without a doubt. Appointments available and always the nicest atmosphere. Best place to get nails done. I often go in with a nail design and they always know what they are doing! Love love love
