My new go to nail salon. They are able to do any set and are quick, good priced and friendly. Pedicures are heavenly.
Have been using this salon for over 20 years, new owners have taken over the first time I went was a lovely girl girl, took a lot longer than usual but was still happy with her and how my nails were. 2nd visit totally different story, the staff member who did my nails was so rushy considering no one was waiting, cutting the side of my fingers, grabbing and turning my hands over quite forcefully, I explained I have a brain injury that sometimes makes my right had quite tight. This has never been an issue before ! After this I felt talked about, talking in their own language over you making no attempt to talk to you, my nails weren’t the same length and paint wasn’t great. I felt humiliated and left, without complaining but never to return. I’m all for supporting a newly taken over business but not how I was treated.
I returned to NY Nail Fashion after having a year’s break for nail health. Jenny remembered me and done an amazing job on my nails for my birthday and holiday. She’s reminded me why I enjoyed doing my nails so regularly. I will definitely be back in a few weeks time!
i got my nails done today and i have to say they came out perfect the customer service was amazing. He assume they would look good at the end but he went over and beyond what i thought i absolutely love my nails done to perfection !!
Amazing staff and place. The attention to detail is great! Definitely will be my new nail place - very experienced individuals. The shops had a feel good vibe to it also that I love.
I've been coming here for years and absolutely love it! I regularly get my nail extensions and pedicure done from here and I love the fact that they last so long in comparison to when I've had them done at other places. I would 100% recommend this place. The staff are also very lovely!
Jenny is AMAZING! Her work is just beautiful! I have beeing coming here for over 14 years and they never disappoint me Highly recommend!
