Just stood on selfscan waiting for help for 10mins, felt like a lemon. Grabbed my stuff and waited in queue because ladies on checkouts just looked at me and said nothing. Cheers
They stock most things that you can buy at a larger store, but not so many choices, and prices are slightly higher, but it's in the local community, so there is no need to travel to the main store which is out of town.
It's a local supermarket with the usual range that you'd expect in a store this size. The staff are helpful and there's free parking right outside so the shopping experience is straightforward. Nothing to complain about really.

Great food, lovely staff, great prices and a great general feel.
Have boycotted the sstore for some time as a result of exhorbitant prices and poor customer service. The dreadful, impersonal self service machines were often not working. Dispite the remodel, range is very limited and favours the most profitable items. Staff more interested in stocking than serving.. Not cheap and not convenient either.
Gill and her staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well run. They know the regular customers and always have a smile or a few words with us.
