Paul came out on a miserable cold day and did a great job removing dents on various panels of my Subaru. I didn't think one of the dents would have been achievable as it was a bad stone chip right on the nose of the bonnet but Paul got it out. Brilliant service at a brilliant price. Used Paul maybe 5 or 6 times on a number of BMW I have had over the years. Paul is a very easy going likeable guy. He always hits out with his ' it might not be perfect' line - but it always is - he takes as long as it takes until he is happy, usually well beyond when I can see any dent left. This guy is AMAZING! I had some small dents in my car, one of which I thought was never going to be fixed without some sort of paint issue or the metal not returning to its original state, but Paul did it.
