   I’ve been coming to H and N for almost two years and only have good things to say!! The staff is amazing and the nails they do are amazing, they are always patient and do my nails exactly like the inspo pictures I show them!! Couldn’t recommend any salon better. I’ve referred them to all of my friend and family and couldn’t get my nails done from anywhere else!!

   I’ve been coming to get my nails done here for around 6 months and they’ve done a really good job with them consistently every time! This time was even better as I wanted Minnie Mouse themed nails, and they made them so creative and special! Will continue to go back!

   I have been coming here for almost a year now and I can honestly say it is the best nail salon I have ever visited! I have tried dozens of places in the past but nothing compares. The staff are incredibly hard working and they really care about the quality of their work. Even if your set is taking a long time, they will ensure you are comfortable and stay after closing time to make sure you are beyond happy with the end result. I never have to wait long which makes the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. The results are always perfect and you can see how skilled they are with every detail. On top of that the prices are very reasonable which makes it even better. Thank you H&N ❤️

   We had such a lovely experience getting our nails done here! It was a special day out for me, my mum, sister, and daughter, and the team made it absolutely perfect. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating — they really went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable and happy with our nails. The results were amazing — we each got something a little different, and they absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend this salon — we’ll definitely be back!

   Rude and abrupt. Owner thinks she's funny with her Katy remarks but can be quite insensitive. This was my third visit here and previously she'd even called names as a joke due to being overweight. I laughed it off but this time she refused to due short nails on me because they messed up my nieces nails and she'd asked them to correct it. Long waits and a general moody owner. The photo attached is over a different nail place that happily did my short nails.

   Whilst I was able to just walk in and have a manicure I found it very rushed and rough even though there weren’t any other customers in there at that time. However, shortly afterwards another lady came in and asked if they could do her nails but she added, she was pushed for time as she had another appointment. It became clear by the manner in which my manicure progressed that the manicurist was rushing my procedure in order to accommodate her. I wasn’t pleased with the finished result and therefore, I shall not be returning to Lily’s nails, but will instead go back to Windsor Nails where (in my opinion) they’re far more professional plus they’re cheaper.

   Great manicures etc but not too impressed with pedicure, they don't really exfoliate or get as much dry skin off as much as other nail places. Bur hands are really good
