   Booked a mani pedi for 10am by 10.20 still no sign of my appt starting and other patrons were still midway through their own nails so I was going to be waiting longer. I asked when I’d be seen and was told to sit and wait and when I said I didn’t really have time the man nearest the til lost his mind and just started shouting at me. I asked for a refund and he told me to leave and I’d get the refund at some point. I calmly asked for confirmation and this man just kept shouting at me I asked him not to be aggressive and he kept going until one of the female staff came to the top and sent me a cancellation email to confirm the refund. Honestly appalling customer service so unnecessarily aggressive and I truly don’t think I was being unreasonable, didn’t raise my voice, wasn’t aggressive but he was appalling.

   It's not my first time and I can confirm I occasionally go to this nail salon but every time is worse than before. I honestly don't think language barrier is an excuse to be rude. I never feel welcomed, service is average you don't go there to relax but to get a careless attitude. I only go when I know I need a quick job, that don't need additional care or nice behaviour. Their biab and overall product range is awful as well, biab feels like a plastic gel and their UV light is very harsh they don't amend the degree on it. Products feel cheap and most likely from likes of Aliexpress. I don't think I'll go again.

   I have been coming here for years as the gel nails have always been great and well priced. Unfortunately, my last 4 visits were so disappointing as an 'older' lady now does the gel removal and each time she has filed my nails so thin and catches my skin which is quite painful. My original nails are now paper thin so I will not be returning again.

   My experience was okay and my nails do look lovely, but I don't think I will be back. When I arrived, I was told that my nails (which were done at another salon only two weeks ago) were too outgrown for an infill and I instead needed a new set, which cost £10 more than I was expecting to pay. The rest of the service was fine, however, as my nails were being done, my therapist slipped with the electric nail file & went across the top of one of my fingers, which was cut and then bled. I was not offered an apology, and my therapist seemed to be trying to stop me from looking at it. I, however, will say that my nails themselves do look lovely and my therapist did a wonderful job with the design I asked for.

   Wow! I messaged JV nails and asked if they would be able to fixed my chipped nail after having gels done 2 weeks ago. And they went above and beyond to accommodate me as I work until 6pm tonight they stated open for me just to redo my nail. I am forever grateful and love the service and commitment they have for their customers. Thank you so much

   I booked for my teenage daughter’s Acrylic nails and for my own gels. We were both really impressed by the artwork they did. I used my hands a lot for work and unlike other nail bar nails my gels have stayed in tact and in great condition. I am now entering the 4th week and they are still looking good. This includes being on holiday, using suntan lotion. I highly recommend them.

   me and my friend went in on Wednesday and its was great! lovely staff, friendly and fast service, top banter and were playing don't tell the bride on tv, a lovely afternoon :) the nails are great quality and are lasting really well :)
