The communication and services of this post office have been very difficult. perhaps the worst I've had in the uk. I went to collect the parcel, nobody knew where it was. I had to go back another day to look for it. I submitted a parcel return at least 10 days ago, the warehouse has not received anything. besides, one of the employees was super mocking looking us with a sarcastic face/smile while we asked for information and help
