   Booked my car in this morning to have a look at 2 potential punctures on my tyres. Asked for 5pm because of work commitments and they said they can’t do 5pm because they start closing at 1630. So I asked if 1630 was fine which it was. I left work early to take my car and upon arrival we were asked what we were doing. Explained I had booked in and he shook his head saying no we didn’t. He was extremely rude and said he didn’t know anything about the booking and he wouldn't book punctures in at 1630 on a Monday. He said he can look at it another time to which I said don’t bother. Would take my car elsewhere. I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of customer support here and being made out to be liars that we hadn’t booked. Would not recommend.

   Amazing service, came out of work and noticed my tyre was completely flat, when I called they had one in stock and despite being on their lunch they understood my job and my need to get back on the road asap they told me to come in and all was completed in 15 minutes. Well priced and Outstanding Customer Service.

   They were very fast at fitting and their instructions made the experience very simple and straight forward. Everyone I spoke to on the day and the lead up to it was excellent. I had a few small issues that stopped this from being 5 stars. I had 4 tyres fitted but upon entering the car and getting moving I noted that all my tyres were completely different pressures ranging from 39 to 33, a fairly easy thing for me to resolve but not something I should have to do 5 mins after fitting. The other issue was that I had a full set of matching dust caps upon handing my car over and it seems they misplaced one during the fitting process as I have a completely different dust cap on one of my tyres, again not a big issue but more annoying than anything else. Overall, they were the best price and did the job quicker than others but minor issues spoiled the over all experience.
