   HORRIBLE!!!! AVOID please. I went today for manicure, nail removal and new set. Absolutely disgusting how these unprofessional staffs treat their clients. Fist of all I was carrying my 4 months old with me, I struggled to open the door but no one( most of them were free and looking at me) bothered to help opening the door which was inhumane. Anyways then I asked for removal and new set of milky white nails and showed the picture too. Guy first started and after 10 minutes he said other person is coming?? He asked for normal or shellac colour and I choose normal otherwise I usually go for shellac. So for a change I asked for normal colour without knowing any big difference apart from drying time which this guy told me. He was very unprofessional, didn’t do my cuticles, was painting out of my nails and no surprise he was not been able to understand what I asked for. They charged me £32 for removal and normal colour. GUESS what?? soon I left and put my little one in the car my nail paint was chipping was not even dry. I went back again with baby. No one bothered to ask for my come back. I showed them that this is what I got for all the money I paid plus my baby was crying. They said it’s my fault choosing normal colour . Long story in short FIRST and LAST!! Please don’t waste your time, money and energy. Young lady at reception as rude as hell and smacked my hand taking anger out and pretending to fix it and was telling me that pay extra then I will do your Shellac?? OMG I can’t even explain this worst nail salon visit.

   Quick fast efficient salon the lady that done my full set actually hand filed my nails most places don't do this anymore time and care was taken so I'm pretty impressed. She was also very welcoming and engaging in conversation salon was clean and tidy with a lovely little blossom tree decor plenty of spa chairs and nail stations keeping waiting times to a minimum. Team work here is amazing reasonable priced this is a perfect example of how nails salons should be run so many color choices

   Very poor! Had the worst pedicure of my life by a young girl who clearly wasn’t yet trained. I was then seated for a full set of acrylic nails and the man huffed and reluctantly started as if he couldn’t be bothered to do them. Wish I had walked out as they definitely do not deserve your money.

   Horrible experience! I booked an appointment for 3pm and was finally dealt with at 4pm. I got a pedicure and shellac manicure. The guy doing my pedicure nearly sliced my skin off twice with the filing blade. They kept nudging and budging my feet everywhere. They honestly have no clue what they’re doing. I got shellac done on my own nails. There are so many air bubbles, groves and bumps on my nail it’s disgusting. My four year old paints my nails better. What an absolute waste of money and time. Took me 3 hours to get a mani and pedicure, absolutely ridiculous!

   Showed a picture of what I wanted done and they were able to copy it, asked for coffin nails but they done square instead but was still very happy with the design however a week later the colour started changing and peeling off which has never happened to me, very disappointed as I had to immediately remove them as they looked terrible.
