   The staff are lovely and I’ve never had a bad experience. Only criticism is I’ve had to stop coming due to price, I was charged £50 for acrylic and basic French tip. I’ve had to move a more affordable salon.

   I had a lovely experience at My’s Nails! Huyen did my nails and did such a great job. She gave me exactly what I asked for. The shape and finish are perfect, and the whole experience was really relaxing.

   The lady is so rude!! A few times I’ve been here wanting to see her, she doesn’t acknowledge me speaks in another language which is fine but doesn’t even look at me or tell me yes or no, asks “what do you want” then doesn’t look at me when I speak to her or reply, incredibly disrespectful and embarrassing in front of other customers - She needs to reflect the way she speaks to people and ask herself, would you like to be spoken to like dirt and ignored?

   Disappointment- didn’t get the colour nor the shape I wanted. I wanted normal colour as I was taking them off. when I paid I’ve been told they have used gel colour the length was not what I wanted. Total disappointment

   I recently visited for a manicure and pedicure, and while there were a few things I appreciated, overall the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations—especially considering the £69 price. To start with the positive, I really enjoyed the massage chair during the pedicure—it was relaxing and added a nice touch to the treatment. However, when I got home, I noticed my feet were still quite rough, and it seemed like the final steps—such as applying cream—were skipped. I didn’t mention it at the time, as I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable, but it did leave the pedicure feeling unfinished. As for the manicure, it was done quickly after removing my previous gel polish. Unfortunately, during the removal process, my nails were burned a couple of times by the drill, which was quite painful. The polish application also looked uneven, which was disappointing. One thing that made me feel a little uneasy was that the staff were speaking in Vietnamese throughout. While I completely respect that it's their native language, as a customer, it can feel a bit isolating and awkward when you're not sure if the conversation involves you. I really wanted to enjoy the whole experience, but sadly I left feeling a bit disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken kindly and constructively, as I believe with a few improvements, the service could be much better.

   I have been going there for almost a year now and I always pay 25 for shellac and yesterday I believe that the price was augmented to 30 only because the clerk did not want to give me my change back. I tried to dispute it but they did not back down. I am very appalled and feel like I have been taking advantage … I will be finding a new salon in Windsor.

   I have been coming to My’s Nails for over 4 years and they have not failed me once. My acrylics set was still in good condition over 5 weeks during lockdown. I would always come back here for the high quality treatment and friendly staffs.

   Fantastic experience. My first time there so I received £5 off. The workers there were talkative and polite throughout. Gave advice on nails. You can park outside with a pay and display but I parked in town and walked down (about 10min walk). They accept cash and card and there is an ATM nearby. Will be going again!
