   Just want to say a Big Thanks to Chris and the Team. You guys did an excellent job and I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone... Helpful & Trustworthy... didnt leave until the job was done beyond the call of duty. A few weeks ago I had to get a very well know Drainage Co. Out ( who shall remain nameless for the purposes of this review ) was in a situation late at night with no other company off the top of my head to phone ( wished i hadnt ) anyway after paying almost Double the price of what these guys charged to do the job right. The previous Drainage Co. I called out had the attitude of not garanteeing their fix and saying anything and evetything to cover themselves, showing a total lack of confidence in their work and it felt like they just wanted away as quick as possible after the problem was beleived to be fixed... sure enough not even a month later the SAME PROBLEM Again.. I had enough of this other company who were wanting to charge me a full new call out + cost of the job to come out and fix a problem they never realy fixed in the first place.... total joke ! Through a Recomendation from my regular plumber ( G.S. Plumbing, Heating & Gas ) he said to give Chris and the team a phone. So glad I did... they came out to discover the previous so called expert had basicaly moved the existing problem along my houses waste system a bit... an absolute disgrace. So these guys got to the bottom of the problem right away... did everything so much better. Where the previous guy put 10 meters of hose down to flush the system out these guys put 20 down... where the previous guy lifted one drain cover - these guys lifted several and blasted my houses entire system inside and outside the house all the way into the streets main network.... just a far superior service and vast more knowledge, helpul tips and advice throughout them doing the job. I would never call anyone else but these guys for all things Drainage in the future... and I would not recommend anyone else !!! Thanks Again 10/10 SERVICE

   Great service. My DIY failed, and these guys arrived within an hour of my call (on a Sunday). All fixed and waterflow is now better than it's ever been. They showed me how my system works and explained exactly why those particular parts were failing it. Work carried out very professionally, but the teaching spirit is great customer service. Highly recommended for that reason.

   Fantastic service from Strathclyde Services today. Excellent initial information when I made my call, including estimate of cost. Plumber arrived when he said he would, carried out the repair, gave me good advice and both he and his apprentice were lovely guys. Excellent value for money and I would use Strathclyde Services again without hesitation.

   The Engineer John was very supportive tonight - A Big Thank You. He communicated the problem with my boiler in simple way that I found easy to understand. He was very punctual, pleasant and sorted the problem with the pump on the boiler within the hour. Would use again and highly recommend.
