Exceptional service on my Shark (>10yrs)! I was extremely fortunate that Ian (Business Owner) happened to have the exact spare model replacement head, right down to the colour! He also very kindly gave me some tips on care and longevity, and getting the most out of the the vacuum. Ian was incredibly kind, with a wonderful humour, and I would wholly recommend his shop to anyone else, as this is certainly the place to go!

Visited this shop today to purchase a replacement filter and brushes for my Dyson. The gentleman in the shop enquired why we wanted a replacement brush and he advised that we did not require as nothing wrong with our brush he then charged us £20 for replacement filter very good advice and service many thanks.
Took my mum’s Dyson in hoping it could be repaired and not have to be replaced and it was confirmed on the spot that the motor needed replaced as it had burnt out. Went back a week later to collect and the machine looks brand new. Fully cleaned top to bottom. Amazing! Ian the owner was a gentleman. Very nice man and very passionate about doing a great job. You can tell he’s a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. £29 for a full service is incredible value for money. Highly recommend!
Great, friendly service. Took my shark hoover in earlier today, fixed on the spot at reasonable price and replaced filters. Shop owner extremely helpful. Saved me buying a new hoover. Highly recommend.
