Amazing service. Very helpful and fast. Couldn't believe they were able to fix my phone and keep all the data.
Was in Scotland on holiday with a broken screen so gave these guys a chance based on locality and reviews. The easy bit was dropping my phone in. The hard bit was communication. In short in the end they did the most imp thing which was repair my screen but in truth the whole process was like having my teeth pulled out (one by one). What they cost me in time spent chasing them and the lack of any interest on their part to communicate and show accountability stirred me to leave my first ever negative review. The fact that at the end of it all they had promised to send me a new screen protector ( the original that I had bought from them was removed by them when I had to send my phone to Scotland to have them repair the faulty screen that they had put on) They promised they would replace it and never did. Buyer be ware service is not high up on these guys value list
OMG… you must bring your phone here to be repaired! i dropped my iphone X and smashed the screen. it came apart from the white screen underneath and it was also hanging off and revealed the inside of the phone.. i genuinely thought it was a goner… but the ek repairs managed to put a new screen on my phone really great, hassle free, amazingly quick service at a great and reasonable price. would highly recommend if you need any iPhone repairs done! thank you so much!
iPhone 15 Pro stopped charging as my wife dropped her coffee all over it and it filled the charging port. Took it to EK repairs - excellent service replacing the charging port and checking the rest of the phone for damage. All working now and at a reasonable price. Much cheaper than a new phone.
Great experience today getting my iPhone battery replaced. They used genuine parts, did the work while I waited, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. My phone is running perfectly again and I’d definitely recommend them.
Had a great experience having my iPhone repaired at ekrepairs. The whole process was so easy and convenient. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to repair my iPhone quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Situation was a cracked iPhone 11 screen which rendered the phone unusable. As a man with a van I use the phone as my SATNAV so needed it ASAP - when I said all that they offered a loaner phone but as ALL my contacts and bits are on my phone I just agreed to wait the hour or so it took to be repaired. really appreciate it! 5 stars!
Strongly advise against using this company. Handed an Xbox in for repair on the 5th January as the disc drive was making a terrible noise. Was quoted £70 is the disc drive needed replaced and told it would take about 5 days. After 2 weeks, and being chased we were able to collect, charged £60 and told it had needed a service. On collection noticed it had been labelled as having a "freezing" issue. Tried to run and found the issue had not been resolved and the disc was now stuck inside. We were advised to bring it in again. Dropped it off again on 21st Jan and have today (30th Jan) been told to collect, with an additional £20 charge. The Xbox still does not work, now the disc drive is completely unrecognised by the console. Having asked for a refund we've been told that we can only get it if we give them back out Xbox for them to remove their drive and that this would also take a week. So now after almost a month, we're down £80 and to get a refund will be given back an Xbox with less parts than we started with. Customer service is terrible, very slow to reply to enquiries & apparently they can't actually fix the issue anyway.
I gave them my Xbox as I was having issues with the disc drive. When I left my Xbox I had to chase them up for updates and it took 2 weeks instead of "a few days". When I tried to use the Xbox the issue was still present because they treated it for an issue which wasn't even present. Not only that but now the Xbox is unable to eject discs now. I returned the Xbox to them and after another week without any updates they claimed to have fixed it. Now the Xbox doesn't recognize that there's even a disc inside ir and refuses to eject discs. They will not give me a refund unless I return the Xbox so they can remove the part they replaced. And only on a day they decide. Do not use these time wasters. They do not know what they are doing and have no respect for their customers
Another high-quality repair completed same-day, as promised. These guys are consistently dependable in supplying a quality fix and are our go-to tech repair shop, whether it's broken phones or faulty PCs and laptops. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Poor quality repair and now not honouring warranty. Chose ek repairs for a phone screen replacement as they were local and the reviews seemed ok but the quality of service was poor and they are now refusing to fix a component they replaced which has failed. The screen was initially replaced poorly (coming away at the edge), the proximity sensor was broken and the top speaker wasn't reconnected. I was told after the replacement that the issue with the proximity sensor was expected due to the type of screen they used and they couldn't do anything about it, no forewarning or offer of compensation. The top speaker was reconnected and a new screen fitted however the top speaker wasn't replaced/fixed correctly and now vibrates and crackles. Now 2 months after replacement the screen has failed and they are refusing to repair it under warranty. Awful service from a small local company.
