   Required a replacement electric shower, the existing one having failed. On initially calling JSL, I was given sound advice as to the most appropriate shower for my home. Arranged an appointment (within three days) for installation, and Lily attended to carry out the work. Job done very efficiently, very tidily…and at a very acceptable price. Highly impressed by the service, and have no hesitation in highly recommending JSL.

   Jim came out to perform a CCTV survey of my domestic drains. He explained every step and talked me through every stage of what we saw on screen. The definition from the camera was clear as a bell and I was left reassured that all is well with no further action required. His knowledge, advice and tips were worth the fee alone. I will be back soon to use their services for some maintenance plumbing jobs I need attended to in the near future. I highly recommend JSL to anyone else with plumbing and/or drainage issues.

   Would 100% recommend JSL Plumbing. The guys came out as scheduled, had a look at the job and gave me a quote right away. The job was to unblock some downpipes front and rear of the house and ensure water was running freely by accessing the inspection hatch to confirm. Jim and Darren were a pleasure to deal with and would happily use JSL Plumbing again.

   Jim, arrived on a Saturday afternoon, to reconnect my toilet. Which needed done as bathroom had recently been tiled. He arrived on time, and had the toilet back on in less then ten minutes, would recommend and will use again. Fantastic service, especially on a weekend.

   I called to request a quote for a pipe repair, I was told that they can come on the same day and quote me and if I'm not happy I will not be charged for a callout, so far so good. When I called back to book, the plumber was very rude and lost interest in the job immediately after I told him that it is not an emergency, he recalled his offer to come and quote on the day and told me "it seems that money is an important factor for you, so I suggest that you go with someone else". Great advice! I went with someone else who was happy to give me an estimate, came on the same day and charged no more than his estimate to fix the issue. It is a major red flag when a tradesperson refuses to give you estimates for a job, this, coupled with "if you care about money go elsewhere" almost always guarantees a huge bill at the end, beware. Edit to address the business's response: I have contacted about 15 plumbers on that occasion, you were the only one that was unprofessional, sarcastic and rude. It was bad enough that I felt obligated to leave a review, I'm glad that I did because now customers can also read your reply and have a good idea what they will be dealing with. Your account of the events is not true at all, you gave me a warning that I must call you within 20 minutes if I would like to book you on my first call (that should have been a red flag in hindsight) and I called you within your time frame to book, first call was 15:23, second call was 15:40, I run a business and record my calls, happy to publish it if you like? may I suggest that you work on your professionalism and accept feedback and take it as an opportunity for development.

   Had Jim and Lily out today for a couple of jobs. Have to say, I am highly impressed with their service. Jim came out within a couple of hours of phoning them to fix a leak in the loft. Nothing was too much trouble. You also get a notification of when the plumber is on their way along with a map showing their current location and how far away they are. They also have a card machine so payment can be taken there and then instead of having to do a bank transfer. Great service. Seriously recommended. Have booked a further job with them later in the week. Thanks again :)
