   This place has to be one of the best, just look at the reviews and photos from previous customers. My own experience was excellent. Mehdi and the team were friendly, professional, and made the whole process effortless. I had my car back within a week, the work was completed to a very high standard, and the price was fair. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future bodywork.

   Absolutely amazing service. Would highly recommend this place. They replaced my Mini badge and re-attached the silver trim at the top of the bonnet for less than £50. And I didn’t have to wait any longer than 20 minutes from start to finish, even without an appointment - they simply started work immediately and got the job done. There was a slight problem with payment but, again, the team at Undent it Ltd showed kindness and let me return later in the day to complete the payment. Additionally the badge I brought to them was for the wrong model of Mini, but they were able to modify it in a way that it fit this model.

   Car park trolley barrier crunched my car door and sill. Called up on Saturday and got the car booked in on Monday, back to me on Wednesday! Extremely happy with the experience of getting the damage repaired by Undent it. Fantastic communication, honest and clear assessment of the work that needed doing and an incredible result.    Had the passenger sill dent repaired/ painted and the front bumper scuffs fixed. Madhi done an excellent job and is a top body repair specialist and Both he and Kevin are lovely guys/ professional and excellent customer service. Really happy thanks gents. I highly recommend this business for body dent repairs/ respray. Also costs are very competetive and reasonable.

   My car door was slammed by the car next to me caught on a windy day in the car park. There is a dent and a bit of paints came off. Found Undent it on google search and saw a five star reviews so decided to have a go. It's indeed nothing but a five star service throughout, with honesty and efficiency. communication is fantastic throughout and straightforward. Arranged for a date to drop off my car, pick up next day and more importantly very happy with the work done to repair my car door. Price is very competitive. All in all I will have no hesitation to recommend this business to anyone need a five star service.

   Undent were recommended by someone else in the motor trade. I needed some repairs to three different panels on the drivers side of the car. Checked them out on various review sites on line, which gave almost universally good (5/5!) reviews - could they possibly be that good? Called and was invited to pop down the same day for an estimate - greeted by courteous, helpful guys who talked about exactly what was needed, suggested alternatives, no pressure but a reassuring confidence in what they could do. Price very reasonable, so asked them to do the work. Car in quickly, back within the time stated, panels repaired, painted and blended, no extra costs and a truly excellent job. My wife, who's a bit of a perfectionist, was highly impressed - 'looks like new!' Same courteous reception again. Hopefully don't need to, but would happily go back if I needed similar work done. In my opinion, highly recommended. I'm joining the 5/5 club.

   Short summary: Used for dent repair and a side job for washer jet flush; Great communication; straight-forward quote; very competive price; super-fast turnaround; super willing and helpful; goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Full story: Dented my A-class on a white pillar, pretty nasty dent that's about an inch deep and 2 inches in length with damage to paint work at 2 points. Phoned around for a couple of quotes and came across Undent it Ltd online. Saw their 5 star review rating and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Mehdie and added him on Whatsapp to provide some pictures/video. Was asked to bring car in and he stayed behind longer to wait for me on the day. Got there and he did a proper check of damage. Then right there he gave me the super competitive quote, like so good I even had doubts of whether if it was too good to be true. I trusted in the Google review ratings and told him I'll check with the missus about when to bring the car in. Brought the car in next morning and was told it'll be ready in by close of business next day, or at the very latest the day after, whereas I was told it'll be 3-4 days by another garage. Fast forward to the day after, I phoned up and Mehdie told me it'll be ready by 5PM. Sure enough when I turned up, it was there waiting for me. There is no sign of the damage ever happened. Simply Amazing! And as an added bonus, the issue I had with my washer jet was also fixed. I think I found my favourite garage for bodyshop works and will recommend to my family and friends, and you who's reading this review.
