I was wanting to replace the glazing in my UPVC door .Contacted SJS Windows and spoke to Stan .He came out following day measured up ordered the glass and fitted it just over a week later Did a great job at a very reasonable price Would highly recommend .Thanks Stan.
Fantastic work by Stan. I needed some window closing mechanisms and a hinge replaced. He came out within a couple of hours of phoning to price the job and under a week later had the job done. Great price, great work. Highly recommend SJS.
Stan fixed a sliding door that I was told by another company would have to be replaced at a cost of £5k so I’m delighted that he has managed to get the door working and also changed the lock for me- delighted. He also fixed another door and replaced hinges on 2 windows to get them working, again I was told by other company that these would have to be replaced. Can’t thank Stan enough, so happy to be able to have these fixed rather than having to replace. Quick work, great correspondence and exactly what was quoted for. Very pleased.

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Stan has done a few jobs for us over the years and we have always found him to be reliable, trustworthy, genuine and in addition the quality of his work is second to none. The most recent job he carried out was yesterday when he replaced the locking mechanism and barrel on the front door . The job was completed very efficiently on the day we called Stan. Bathroom window was stuck closed. Came out same day to have a look and gave a quote which was very reasonable. Came back the following day with parts and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Will happily use again.
Stan and Paul came and fixed our "unfixable" double glazed windows. They were so courteous, reliable and friendly. Stan and Paul resolved a long standing issue I had with my windows regarding drafts coming through and the windows not being correctly adjusted. Our old aluminium window suddenly developed a gap; I contacted Stan due to his several great reviews which are posted online on various websites. I was able to contact Stan via telephone and he came to offer a quote that day. He was professional and friendly, he diagnosed the problem with our window quickly and offered a great price for the job which I accepted. He arranged with me a day and rough time that was convenient to carry out the repair. Stan carries out his repairs with the assistance of his son who also had a professional and friendly nature. They were efficient in completing the job and happily demonstrated the repaired window. Our house has old aluminium double glazing throughout; I will be contacting Stan if/when we have any problems in the future!
