   Our existing air source heating system broke down early December and we decided to replace it with a gas boiler. We accepted the quote from MCG and, understanding that we had no heating or hot water, they changed their work schedule so that we had heating for Christmas. The new boiler and other modifications were completed by the 23rd December. We were so grateful for their prompt attention and willingness to help us out in a difficult situation. In addition they identified a couple of underfloor issues which we would not be aware of and carried out repairs on these At all times we received excellent service , very good workmanship and the working areas were left tidy and clear of materials. If we got in touch by e mail or phone then they communicated back quickly and they told us clearly what day they would come and when they would arrive. We would recommend MCG for any future work we need done. Jack and Harry are good people and do good quality work

   For the past 2 years they’ve been servicing my boiler in my previous property. Recently they installed my brand new boiler in my new place, got rid of my old water tank along with TRV valves in all my radiators, new taps in the kitchen & bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble & they tidied up after themselves. I like the fact that I was even given the choice of boiler I wanted. Even got me a spare fan heater overnight! Would highly recommend.

   Left Jack and Harry to get on with it They gave us options on fitting the full system. Moved the boiler to a better position and fitted gas meter against a wall , given us much more cupboard room. Job was done with no issues .very happy good price and delighted with the job.

   I've had a great experience with Jack of MCG Heating Solutions, based in Clydebank. Before undertaking the job, Jack took the time to explain all the various aspects of the whole-flat radiator replacement solution (eight radiators in total) that I was looking to achieve. His workmanship, in regards to the under-floor copper piping, and the actual installation of the radiators themselves, was excellent. Jack also talked me through the operation of the Hive thermostat that was fitted as part of the overall solution. Again, his workmanship in actually fitting the thermostat and the receiver unit (adjacent to the boiler) was excellent. I would *very* confidently recommend Jack of MCG Heating Solutions to a friend.
