   Poor project management from start to finish. Continual delays to work being carried out, no responsibility taken for shoddy workmanship, silly excuses and no real desire to see the job completed in an acceptable timeframe. Caused a great deal of stress for us and I would not wish others to go through this. I do not recommend employing this company and being put in the same situation. They are obviously a factoring company that quickly expanded into building and the trades and are now unable to keep up with the workload and commit to ensuring an acceptable service to their clients. Steer clear!

   Property One have become a key provider of commercial cleaning, property maintenance and refurbishment services at a number of properties I manage. Communication is excellent at all levels of the business and I rarely have to chase them for information which is priceless. Cleaning is to a high standard, professionally managed and routine audits provide peace of mind. Reactive property maintenance across all trades is always prompt and when tasked with a refurbishment or construction project they always have a can do attitude and bags of knowledge which they back up with their results. A joy to work with.

With 5 large sites in Glasgow to look after, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Great Company & reasonable prices!

   I am Manager for student accommodation and Property One are my go to maintenance company for reactive and proactive services. No job is too big or small. Communication is smooth quick and efficient. Tradesmen are always polite, presentable and very helpful and turn up on time. Property One have on more than several occasions when I have had a short notice request or emergency assisted to help resolve issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough and often pass on their details to colleagues, family and friends. They are competitively priced and don't rip you off.

   Property One has been by far the most efficient and professional building services companies I have had in our accommodation. They are quick to attend, provide quotations where requested, can cover all manner of repairs including plumbing, electrical, professional painting and cleaning. The engineers are always very pleasant. Their quick response has minimised disruption to my residents on many ocassions- you will not regret choosing Property One.
