   What can I say about Drain Fix Solutions in East Kilbride other than "what a fantastic service from a great company". I found out I had a leak when I got a massive water bill in for £1700 so called my insurance company who said they would need to get someone out to look at it then a loss adjuster then programme the job . This was costing a fortune every day so I decided I couldn't wait. I called Drain Fix Solutions who said they would have someone out in 30 minutes. As good as their word and they came out did the preliminary work and as there were old fittings they had to order these and get them the following morning. They fhad to adapt fittings and sorted the leak but also discovered another very small leak slightly further under the concrete. They dug that out without disturbing the concrete got more fittings and repairedthat too. Customer care was outstanding, they kept me informed all the way through the repairs and showed me exactly what they were doing. Cannot praise them highly enough. Brilliant job and many thanks.

   Paul and his colleague did a fantastic job of repairing/ clearing my drain, as well as removing an old trap that was causing issues on a new ensuite installation. Really nice guys and explained everything they were doing from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

   Drainfix were called in when we started getting backwash into our kitchen from the flats above. They were incredibly professional and polite. The office team backing them up were proactive and helpful. They worked hard to identify and fix the issue and now we can sleep easier knowing we are not going to be re-flooded. We are impressed by their obvious expertise and honest, transparent way of working. Highly, highly recommended.

   Had a blocked toilet due to an escaped brush. Was an extremely difficult job - others would probably have given up but Andrew managed to retrieve it. Very good at what they specialise in, great customer service, very polite team of people. Would highly recommend.

   Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Paul communicated with me at every stage of the process and despite the job being much bigger than first anticipated, he ensured we were informed of the costs up front and then stayed on site until the job was finished. For an incredibly dirty job, he left the place spotless afterwards, highly recommend!

   Phoned Andrew and team for a grey water issue leading to flooding of polluted water into the garden. They were on site in the frost and cold, solved the issue in 5 minutes, and spent a lot of time explaining the issues, conducting a CCTV survey and explaining how issues could progress. Competitive price, and excellent service - would highly recommend and use again in future.

   Arrived today, on time, gave suitable notice. Talked about potential issue and solution in straight foward terms. Price before work and within range. Did the job professionally and cleaned up after the work. Looks to have fixed the issue. Will review this review in a few weeks, to comment on whether the issue has been resolved more long term: if it has, will be a 5 star review. Would have no issue using again. Pleasant people and dog friendly! Two weeks later and still looking good. Will make this a 5 star review.
