First, I went to till to ask where small crisps are. The staff member gave me the exact directions. When I returned to the till to pay, she was standing away from the till. She was on a phone call and did not acknowledge me. After a few minutes had passed, she walked past me to the security door, again without acknowledgement, then went onto the shop floor. After a minute or so, still on the phone, she returned and continued to speak on the phone. Eventually, again, without greeting or apology, she scanned my items and asked me if I had a Co-op card. At this point, it took all I had to politely say no. Unacceptable behaviour and appalling customer service.

Joe was a wonderful patron, he helped me do my shopping whilst the shop was quiet. Going into a supermarket with social anxiety can be very difficult but people like joe make it a whole lot easier!

Went in to do food shopping with my kids. There was a badly damaged box of cereal, so I asked as it was last one on shelf if Iit could be discounted. The nan said no as they will be putting it in the trash. So u said, instead of putting in trash ' can they just give it to me as it would be a waste to put in trash. It went back and forward and he agreed to give it to me and put it to side, then after 5 seconds said he needed to talk to someone...which I don't think he did, then decided to tell me he was going to put it on shelf to , so I said we'll sell it to me discounted, he said it will be full price and I said it badly damaged , no one is gonna buy that full price and he just carried on unhelpful and stubborn. Thankyou coop for understanding the high price of foods and people struggling by trying to waste perfectly good food in damaged packaging and trying to lie about it all.

Good food but their deliveries are annoying, they're supposed to substitute but in our case, they replaced iced coffee with espresso capsules which can only be used in a machine that we don't own. Don't know whose idiotic idea that was:/.

Phoned at 7.30am!! a very pleasant young man gave me all the information I requested. On arrival at the store a lovely young girl cashier sorted out my Hermes parcel return for me. Nice one Co-op.!

A really good local supermarket. We have done most of our shopping here during 2020, and the range of products they sell is surprisingly good for a fairly small shop. The staff are usually very helpful and friendly in my experience, and if you pick your time it's not too busy. Convenient to have a free carpark next door as well. Opening hours are also pretty convenient. Good selection of fresh produce. Not a huge freezer section, but that's fine by me.

A bit pricey in this co-OP, bt some of the items on offer are good value. Even though this store is big,the aisles are very close together and you feel very claustrophobic whilst inside. The selection of produce is good. Staff are okay. The clean was tidy and clean. Plenty of choice of produce and shelves were well stocked
