   I was very unpleasantly surprised today while shopping. Being in the area, I decided to do some shopping, but unfortunately several products — despite being purchased as single items — were charged twice on the receipt. I live quite far away and only checked the receipt once I got home (my mistake — clearly you can’t trust). As a result, the cashier “made” £8 at my expense. With a bill of over £60, it was impossible to notice without carefully reviewing the receipt. How many customers have been cheated this way? That’s at least a day’s extra earnings… Very poor behavior, especially just before the Christmas, when everyone knows how difficult things are. On top of that, no one answers the phone. I definitely do not recommend this place.!!!

   Staff in this shop is a nightmare. Young lady doesn't speak English at all and is very rude to the customers. No good morning, good bye, thank you, nothing. She acts like she is being forced to work there and you interrupt her gossips in the back of the store. It takes forever to serve some people cause they have to use sign language for her to understand. Also, yesterday I saw ANTS on bread they sell, I took picture of one, but spotted more. Fruit and veggies in front of the store? Non of them is good anymore, how can they even try to sell this? DISGUSTING. I do not recomend this place to anyone. Idea of selling polish products was good, but not with such ignorant staff.

   You most probably getting a positive feedback from your friends only. Visited numerous times and staff seemed to ignore me, no answer to hello, often busy chatting in the back of the shop. Prices are higher than average and selection isn't really that good. Also closing early each day what does not work in customers favour. No hatred in my comment, just wish you were a better place to visit since I live around the corner.

   Its a nice place the refrigerated section aint amazing you get some yoghurt and different flavoured chocolate pudding, they have Kefir and curd cheese , milk there aint the best so dont bother , really good price for their eggs and they are really nice the yolks are almost orange , they have the normal selection of sweets and chocolate from EU countries nothing special however i suggest getting cheese and sandwiche meat there , good price for the fact that they will cut you as much ad you need also the smoked meet there is delicious.
