The shop is small but have quite a selection. The staff was helpful when we went to collect the order which hadn't arrived. He managed to get it in time and kept us posted as well. They may not have some selection but could be cheaper than their competitors. Worth comparing prices with.
The owner is very friendly and patient when helping me choose wine. He doesn’t go straight for the pricey ones but suggests unique and affordable options instead.
Dropped in here today whilst on a day trip to Bath. From the minute we walked in, both the lady and man behind the counter made us feel welcome, even with our 3 year old in tow. The lady offered us some wine to try and we bought two beautiful Italian reds - the £11 Primitivo offer by the way is amazing, it's great stuff and that price point. We will be back!
A lovely drinks shop with a fantastic selection of everything from wine and beers to whisky and sake. It’s located a very quaint and pretty street in central Bath. The staff are very friendly and the bottles are honestly priced. They also run tasting events somewhat regularly so definitely sign up to their newsletter to be informed about them. The tasting will be themed in some way e.g. a vertical whisky tasting from a specific distillery, or a variety of German Rieslings, etc.. they also offer more bespoke tastings if you’re looking for something more tailored or to arrange an event with some friends.
I’ve been to many wine shops and this one is definitely one of the best ! Very friendly and knowledgable owner with a very impressive selection of wines. Explained what I was looking for and the selections were absolutely spot on ! I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be back !
Amazing shop overflowing with alcohol, whatever your tipple they have something for you and even carry specialist wines & whiskies. We also visited for a whisky tasting not so recently and had the best time, well organised, fun and learned lots thanks to the wonderful staff.
