Caught the owner being incredibly rude to a young female over an evri delivery as I was collecting my washing tablets the other day, demanding she must return to collect at a very specific time In a very bullying manner Be careful when shopping here ladies, I won't be returning
The staff in Star News are so helpful, happy and polite. I have noticed a couple of bad reviews, you cannot expect staff to stick your parcels for you and they also have a sign saying, please don’t pull the labelling machine hard, when people do, they have a go at the staff. Please be as polite to them as they are to us
Horrible customer service. I tried to use the machine for five minutes and the lady on the till completely ignored me. Once I got the label to print I ripped my label off (as you do with every EVRi machine in the whole country) and she started shouting at me and threw my parcel on the floor. Incredibly rude, patronising woman who could’ve broken what was in my package (she didn’t know whether what was in it was valuable and or fragile) so AVOID THIS SHOP
