   Shop has given my parcel to someone else and then told me to come again tomorrow to find it. Will be reporting this to police as this is classed as theft. They said they ID everyone who comes to collect a parcel but that’s a blatant lie as I came in the previous day to collect a parcel and asked the man if he needed my id and he said no. Then when I told the other shopkeeper about this he made up some ridiculous excuse saying ‘if he knows you he wouldn’t id you’ mind you I don’t know anyone who works this. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

   Received an email to say parcel ready to collect opening hours 8-10 arrived at 8.30 and all locked up! Always had very poor experience and rude staff at this shop especially when collecting or sending parcels.

   Had been going here weekly for beer due to being the closest place with a decent selection. Last weekend I got charged £16.50 for three beers that were nothing fancy. I mentioned it after I had scanned to pay (being a bit slow) and the person sat behind the till just mumbled at a low enough volume that I couldn't hear and I'm not really one to confront people. Hope that extra £10 they earned from scamming me will make up for the years I will now be going to the off license on Greenbank road instead.

   Staff is kind and helpful. They work so long hours, I dont know how they keep up. Not good wine selection, but beers ok. The food selection could be better too. But this is a small premier shop, not more to expect. Good they have Hermes drop off. If you need a quick snack or drink, good to shop here.
