   DO NOT GO HERE! Extremely unhygienic and combative service. The lady left blood on my toe when fixing the pedicure they ruined. Gel pedicure nails all came off in 3 days. Asked for refund and they declined. TERRIBLE! No wonder the shop is always empty !

   i'm sorry, are you alright there? £40 for this? my friend paid and i didn't say anything because she would get upset, but for god's sake, get some training. also all the brushes, cutters, scissors are not sterile and are dirty. there is nail dust literally everywhere: shelves, tables, floor, chairs. how do you work like this? no ventilation, nobody wears masks - do you know you inhale nails (literally) every day?? this is disgusting and i'm sorry for people who work there. at the same time i'm confused - why don't you clean, sanitise your stations, floor and chairs, and wear protective masks? please do so, it is dangerous for your health. now, if you accidentally cut a part of my finger let's say when doing a manicure, and there is blood coming out - imagine i have HIV and don't know about it? maybe something else? bacterias? do you want that on your other clients? are you nuts? can you please fix this, this is insane. don't go here if you want to be safe. go to normal places like battersea power station - same price, much better quality and new/sanitized instruments every time, everyday cleaning. DON'T GO TO STARLIGHT NAILS

   Only went for shellac polish change on my natural nails £25 with no manicure rip off! nails haven’t been filed in shape properly and polish is very rigid. The shop is unhygienic and cheap looking I won’t be returning again. I didn’t have time to go to my usual salon but usually I get a manicure and shellac for £21 and always come out happy note to self stick to what you know.

   Not welcoming, Not good, UNHYGIENIC, even when empty. Took my mum for pedicure. Called in advance and booked in 2 pedicures at the same time, did not say they only have one chair and we would have to take turns. Agreed to have 2 normal nail varnishes layered. Should me how it would look on a fake nail and then botched it. Firstly, they told me to sit down and didn’t attend to me. Once they finally came over, I was allowed to put my feet in the water. We had bought our own kit with us and she only used it to show she was using it after using their own tools (so I even had my nails filed twice and they still didn’t do a good job. There was no scrub and they basically had a knife skills show with the grater instead of actually using it. They then wanted to put some disposable pedicure flip flops (thinnest ones I have ever seen), on me despite the fact we are both wearing sandals, even though I had just seen the girl that was leaving as we got here take them off her feet. I had to ask for a base coat (she didn’t even know where it was) , my feet were not creamed, messed up the nail varnish so had to get it redone. Feet (and legs) are currently in front of a desk fan to dry. 1 star just because they are open till 7 everyday - even though we came before 5 on a weekday.

   I went in today to get a white tip acrylic manicure, and although the lady was nice, she didn't paint the tips properly, and when I told her that it was smudged, she didn't fix the problem properly. I felt like it was a waste of money when she couldn't even paint nicely. Wouldn't be going there again.
