Brilliant wine tasting and quiz night. 6 wines to taste with a sharing charcuterie board and a quiz round between each wine tasting. Great atmosphere.
WOW! The wife and I had an amazing evening at the Portuguese tasting event, Jamie was very knowledgeable and explained the production processes as well as some history on the vine yards, which made it, all the more interesting, getting the background of each wine we were enjoying. The wine selection was well paired with the excellent range of food they served, which was a large platter with a great choice on offer. Overall, this was extremely good value for money, they all were great hosts, professional, polite and made us feel very welcome. We both want to thank the whole team, would highly recommend taking advantage of an evening in the tasting snug! We will be back!
A great shop serving wines and spirits for any occasion and we have purchased from here many times with wines that haven't disappointed. The tasting nights in the snug are informative and we had some fantastic Portuguese wines and ports served with a well presented nibbles board. The owners provide an excellent service and deserve to do well.
