   I went to this nail salon a few days ago, they gave me terrible nails. The shape was not what I asked for (almond) and the service was very bad. I believe the person doing my nails was training and the man who seemed to own the Salon would occasionally grab my hand and start fixing them. I did not like my nails at all but I did not want to be rude so left them. A few days later 2 of my nails fell off. I called the nail salon and was told I can come remove the rest of the nail for free as this was their fault. Upon arrival, the man starts shouting ‘pay me pay me’ and I explained the conversation we had on the phone and he said ‘NO NO’. I then agreed to pay as I just wanted them removed at this point. The man removing the nails and was very aggressive and also cut my nail so I was bleeding. My wallet was in the car and I pointed to my car however he shouted at me and said ‘no give me money’ and then 2 men blocked the entrance. I was at this point panicking as a girl by herself in a salon. There was no one else and 2 random men had blocked the entrance so I was really scared as I was trapped. I had to then call my friend who lived nearby to come and give money from the car which was parked literally in front of the shop. I even offered the man to come with me to my car which was literally in front of the shop and he shouted no no and was invading my personal space by trapping me inside. Honestly would give this salon 0 stars if I could, I’ve never had such a terrible experience. This is the worst salon ever. I’d rather have my nails fall off than go here again. I’ve also attached photos of me being physically trapped in the store and where my car was parked. More like horrible nails than diamond nails.

   Horrible experience. The technician got upset because I asked him to reshape my nail. He didn't ask me how I wanted the shape of my nails from the start. He just assumed and told me, "You will see them when I finish." He painted my nails as if he didn't care. When I asked him to clean up the extra nail polish around my nail, so it didn't dry up on the skin because it's really dangerous for the skin, it burns and hurts when removing later, he did it so strongly that he hurt me with his own nail. But still, the rest of the nail polish remained. Horrible experience. I won't recommend it for those who really care about their nails. Also, it is worth mentioning that I had my natural nails, not the extentions (only on one pinky nails). I mentioned to him from the beginning what i am looking for from the service, and he completely ignored me. I feel frustrated that I had to come home and polish the shape of my nails as they didn't look good to me. Perhaps not everyone will understand or appreciate my comment, but I am someone who appreciates a very good service from the beginning to the end because I am paying for it. And so I like to treat my clients when they come to purchase my services. With respect and consideration of their needs. Please see the pictures.

   Avoid. The use MMA, which is prohibited as it is damaging to nails. My nails have been weak for a few months now and I am in the process of reporting this business. The customer service is poor, and they will have you waiting for over an hour to be seen. Prices are higher than neighbouring shops despite the service quality being lower. They do not change or sanitise their materials at all or according to U.K. Cosmetic Regulations. High chance of catching infections here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

   DO NOTTT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I went for an infill which I was initially told it was 25 pounds. I then sat down showed a photo and they began my nails. After changing my nails and taking off my own design they have told me they don’t have what I asked for. The older man in there was so rude and sarcastic to me. Charged me extra and I am so unhappy and disappointed. My nails look absolutely horrible. Don’t bother. They just want money they don’t care about the customers satisfaction. Never going here again!

   DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I would not recommend Diamond nails on old Kent Road. I’ve just gone in there to get my nails done the staff was extremely rude, especially when I asked if a new file keys could be used on my nails due to basic health and safety reasons once getting the first half of the set done my nails were very thin, I asked for a little bit more acrylic as they was flimsy and they said no. So I didn’t go ahead with the colour due to not being happy. They still persisted that I pay full price so I end up doing so to prevent any confrontation. Once I left the shop and put my hand in my bag. Three of the nails have popped off. I really don’t know whether to go back in there and ask my money back as I don’t want to cause a scene but I’m very upset and frustrated with this.
