I went in here to ask if they could do something special for my nails for my wedding . I'm a gay guy I don't normally get my nails done. I was laughed at and told they could not help me and would not. Appalling. If you can't help fine. No need to be abusive.
My first time having my nails done here. I was asked little hesitant because of some of the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, efficient and very good value for the design I got. Take a chance and you may be pleasantly surprised!
Lady at the front made my nails bulky and didn’t do straight french tips.She didn’t even stick them on right they were all wonky. and kept cutting me with the drill then when i told her i didn’t like it she had an attitude and started talking about me to the lady beside her.Then she started being extra rough with my hands shoving them into the alcohol cutting them so rough.She even cut my natural when she was taking them off.She cut them so short and even ruined my actual nails.Never again will i ever go to this shop the lady has a stinking attitude and the shop stinks.Dont waste ur money .
I came in to ask if I could get a French top design and if I could see some pictures of their work , the lady I assume mimi started speaking her language and said she can’t do it , I said no worries have you don’t a French tip set before as she said the lady is a beginner and new. Who wants a beginner doing their lashes ofcourse people are gonna ask. She then says she can’t do your nails ?? I said what do you mean. She then just ignored me and proceeded to ask someone else to come and sit down , they didn’t like the fact that I simply asked for pictures of their work . They are very racist and rude , your better off going to blush which is down the road , or the shop next to it , don’t even waste no time in this rubbish shop with rude staff
I went there to do nails. This was my first time. The lady who did mine was really rude. Also, she hurt me twice by cutting my cuticle. I screamed, but she didn't care about it. She didn't ask. I showed a picture of the design and color. She told me she has this color. after fixing nail extensions, she told me this color is not available. She told me “if you give me 20 pounds, I'll remove it”.I dont want to waste money, so I selected another color.customer service very poor.
Bad customer service waited outside to open then when finally opened wouldn't do my nails only regulars rude people
The eyelashes has absolutely no customer service. The eyelashes she did was disgusting. Had the nerve to want to charge to take them off. DO NOT USE!!! for eyelashes. The nails are amazing!!!!!!!
Awful pedicure, rushed not done properly for 30 pound better go to another place. The girl who did it wasn't nice at all, not even finished and asked for money.
First time dropping a review ever but i just had to because of how terrible this place is. I think the women are okay but the guy is just nasty. He was rude, had an attitude, made some comment about my natural nails because they were short and brittle. Made a comment about me in his language not knowing i understood what he was saying. The nails were very ugly and most fingers crooked. He chipped at my cuticles roughly. He even raised his voice at me while i was trying to get someone to bring me cash because he said he won’t take card payment. Charged 30 quid for very short ugly nails so i doubt you can call them cheap for the rubbish they are offering. Very very nasty and terrible place and I regret even going there to waste £1 of my money. I wish there was a rating lower than 1.
