First time using this company and I had a great experience! Buying some wine for my upcoming wedding, and Charlie was very helpful. He gave me and fiance a warm welcome on entering the shop, and then provided helpful and genuine advice when it came to choosing the right wines for us. Cannot fault the service he provided!
Matt and Lucy are great. They both have top notch customer service skills and are so friendly and welcoming both have give me so great recommendations. Always informative but not over bearing wine snobbery. Matt always know my palette and where to point me for good old trusted favourite alternative and Lucy hit the jackpot for me the other week with Calhavera, something I would of even thought of trying but wow wow wow!!!

Shop is open for walk in traffic now. Jack was knowledgeable and knew where the stock was, even for a bit of an obscure wine. Good prices, especially for purchases of 6 bottles.

We regularly visit this store for both wine shopping as well as Wine Tasting Events and each time it is a joy... Despite being a wine drinker with many years of experience (!) my knowledge is slim so my husband and I decided to attended this week's presentation of 'Beginners Guide to Wine'. Matt (I hope I've got this right) was our host and our guide through a comprehensive range of at least 6 different white, then red wines along with appropriate food pairings. I learnt loads, enjoyed very much the group participation and interaction and can't wait for the next one! A very professional hour and a half of pure pleasure from start to finish and with the opportunity to purchase at the end what could be better? We are lucky enough to live nearby so walked to and from the venue leaving our wines at the store to collect OR have delivered next day...
