   These guys are fab! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. They are so welcoming and they all know their stuff. I had an issue with a vape I bought which was unexplainable as it just stopped working but the light was still flashing. I really hadn’t had it very long at all. They changed it without question and I appreciate it very much. I will also say that every staff member has a really personable and approachable manner to them and that is a huge factor why I only get what I need from their stores now. Thanks guys!

   Had a wonderful experience with a lovely young lady behind the counter earlier on today. Not only did she recommend me the right thickness of fluid for me new vape, but gave me some great advice on how to use it correctly! Highly recommended business - will come back for sure!

   Had an issue with an online order, went to the shop to see if they could get more info, as online help was slow coming. The guy there, (I forget his name) was fantastic, he found my online order, and grabbed everything I needed from his own shop there and then, he knew I was a beginner, so his knowledge and experience was excellent, and also offered advice on a different coil and tank to the one I had purchased, and he chucked them in for free for me to try, rather than making an upsale, also a free bottle of juice of my choice was thrown in by way as an apology for the online order confusion. I felt bad taking all this stuff and not paying a penny, so I decided to buy an extra pack of coils, just to make myself feel better for paying for something at least. Look after this one Vape store, he does your brand proud, and you've got a new and ongoing customer because of him.

   Have been to this vape shop a couple of times as I have with others, however the customer service is exceptional from Ashley. I’m struggling for any other examples to compare but I honestly can’t! Myself & Partner are definitely not the review types but he really needs to be applauded. Ashley’s enthusiastic, knowledgeable, has a great personality creating relaxed atmosphere with time aside to explain products, vape liquid, filter etc but to the point so it’s not OTT. Wouldn’t go anywhere else (well unless it was his shop) ! See you soon
