We celebrated my son’s birthday party here and chose the Laserstorm activity. Everything was very well organized, and we had the entire room to comfortably accommodate all our guests. Drinks were available for the parents, and the kids had an amazing time. The pizza must have been delicious because they finished it all! Everything was clean, and the two staff members on duty were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommended!

I brought my 5 year old on a cold, wet day as a way to run off steam inside. It fulfilled my expectations and more. The soft play area is big and had lots of entertain my son. Plus, there is a quiet area for kids to read books and draw. For adults, there's a cafe, good seating close to the play areas, and a book library. All facilities are clean and well kept. Excellent value for money!

A wonderful place for kids to play with a variety of toys and obstacles for children to burn off energy. My 4 year old loves it! Food is a wonderful too! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Advise booking at weekend as especially being winter and wet can get very busy but can accommodate lots of children!

Dangerous, been here multiple times and it keeps getting worse, they let too many people in at once, age limit is not abided by in the soft play and children are getting hurt. The announcement does nothing, children are climbing everywhere, someone is going to get really hurt.

We had a fabulous time at boomerang… I didn’t book online in advance as i wasn’t sure I was actually going to attend until the day.. (the centre prefers you to book online prior to your visit) but the lady on reception was so helpful, she even searched for my childminder discount code to ensure I got the discount. The new play arena is fantastic, I love love love the new addition of the bondi beach wooden play area in the under 5’s section that has replaced the old tired bouncy castle, I like that the younger children have a rope bridge now and can develop their climbing skills on the ladders to the top platform. The colouring station in the quiet area is great for children who need some down time of the hustle and bustle of the large play area. The only negative I have is that the toys in the baby section could do with some batteries to enhance the babies play. The addition of dingo dollars (reward points) is great, but not sure what they equate too and what you can use them for. I would recommend this place to keep the children entertained and definitely on a hot summers to keep out the heat

Arrived on a busy Sunday morning, advised only premium seats were available. Be warned, premium seats do not provide you with any ability to watch your children on the soft play. Once in loads of standard seats were available so feel a little robbed.

We visited today and paid for the trampoline park and soft play. Trampoline park: staff were not doing their jobs properly, on their phones and chatting with each other. We witnessed kids hurting themselves and there was no input from staff. My husband was telling kids he didn't know what to do because of safety concerns. It was really really dangerous. Soft play: completely over booked and over crowded. Parents were stood up with no space to sit or even move!! We are not allowed to bring in food or drink, after being in the trampoline park my kids were thirsty and hungry. I queued for 40mins to then be told there was no food due to a party!! So I cannot bring in food and you cannot serve me!! My daughter was crying and in a right state due to that. Kids couldn't even play properly due to the amount of overcrowding and there was no supervision from staff. It was absolutely shocking. I decided to leave after being refused food. If you cannot cater for your paying customers, let them bring their own food. I will not be recommending this place or returning ever again. This place is just a money grab with no care for safety or children's well being.

Brilliant soft play. I took my 2.5 year old, he loved it, there are so many things to do. The staff were really friendly, I couldn't fault it.

Over priced, Ridiculously cold no heating, staff poor and neglectful when asking simple questions. Very argumentative, the kitchen door was left open numerous times with no staff there, a hazard waiting to happen with small children around. Never returning avoid!

Had a non party party as my daughter only wanted a few friends but when we got there it was manic and we worried about getting tables for food for all of us. Boomerangs sorted it all out though even though it wasn't booked as a party. Made it much less stressful.
