Discovered this play cafe today and was reluctant to leave such a glowing review because it’s already fully booked for most sessions, and after today I can definitely see why! Ticket prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Staff were very helpful and very welcoming. There’s plenty of seating, so there’s opportunities to actually sit and a drink a coffee whilst the children play. Hot drinks are served in tumblers making it safe around the children. There are a variety activities for children to engage in as well a well varied and inclusive menu. Can’t wait to book our next visit

I pretty much lived at this playcafé when I had my second child — and I truly don’t know how I would have coped without it. With two children under two, it was a complete lifesaver. It gave me the rare gift of being able to attend to my newborn while my toddler played safely and happily in a space designed just for them. I could finally enjoy a hot cup of tea, sit in the comfort of air-conditioning, and just breathe. The staff are so friendly and welcoming — they just get it. I had never felt so understood by people I didn’t even know. It quickly became my go-to spot to meet up with other mums. It honestly felt like being in a friend’s living room… only with better coffee, better toys, and more space! What’s prompted me to write this review nearly three years later is that I recently returned for one of their exclusive school starters sessions with my eldest — the same toddler who used to play there all those years ago. It was absolutely brilliant: parachute games, dancing, bubbles, crafts — they both loved it! This playcafé was such a special part of our early parenting journey and I’ll always be grateful for the calm, connection, and community it gave us.

I stumbled across this and I'm so thankful I did. I bought the membership and it's worth every penny. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. Weve gone to the play sessions and the baby groups. Its very child led, which is great for my little girl. I tell everyone about this little gem! We come at all different times and each visit has been friendly, lots of activities and enjoy full. I really enjoy there coffee and they do oatmilk too! They do a really good meal deal for kids and lots of varitons for different food needs. It's so reasonably priced too. It's really helped me with my PND to go out with my daughter because it's so relaxed and welcoming - it's a must visit if you have little ones! Added bonus is the garden to the side and sandpit inside! Photos are from different days and classes.

Absolutely our favourite place to visit and play. I have 3 children aged 3 and under and it is a space I can come with all 3 and know they will be safe, engaged and play happily. We love the open ended play as it lends itself to so many options they are never bored so I can enjoy a hot drink and delicious cake. Jo and her team are amazing and nothing is too much to ask. They make you feel so welcome and it has really been a safe haven in my journey of motherhood. I recommend it to all my friends ♥️

What a wonderful place for little ones to have fun! Today was our first session at the play hub and we loved it! I have a two year old, but it’s suitable for younger babies and toddlers alike. Such a lovely, open and safe space for little ones to play freely with lots of different sensory bits and pieces as well as a little sandpit, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself! Hot drinks are served in spill proof flasks, which is perfect keeping the little ones safe and there’s a great menu for little ones, with lots of options to choose from for a lovely little lunch! Also a lovely selection for the adults too! I will definitely return for another play session in the future!

I've been regularly visiting (once a week or more) for over a year now with two of my children. I have a membership which means I get great value for money. Due to limitations on the number of guests you do need to book in advance but I don't mind doing that if it means we can go at a time that suits me. Afternoon sessions are usually quieter. It's a lovely and wholesome play space with super kind and helpful staff. They do hot drinks for adults in child friendly flasks and great food for kids and adults. I feel comfortable knowing that both my children can free play and it's not big and bustling like larger softplay so I am comfortable taking them on my own.

We love it here! Very SENDS friendly. I can enjoy a hot cuppa in a thermos mug (amazing idea) while my children explore. Definitely the best & only place like this in town!

Great place to visit with kids, our wee one is 11 months and loved it. She was one of the younger ones there. Lots to entertain various ages and a great wee cafe with food drinks and cakes for all! 2 hour slot was perfect. We’ll be back!

Great play space for under 5s. I come with my 3 year old and 6 month old and it has something for both. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. It has changing facilities, hot drinks and cake.
