Brilliant park. Kids love playing in the playground whilst I let the dogs have a good run around the open green.

What a lovely Park in east Hengrove. The playground is huge, so green and well equipped. My son loved this one.

Large open green space inclusive of a playground. I love using the swing there. It’s also a great place to walk our dogs.

Love this little park! It's perfect size to keep an eye on my little wild toddler while he runs around!

Kids should enjoy there selfs but put on edge by the dogs there and adults smoking in the playground other than that a nice little spot

This is an almost perfect little local park and although my grandchildren are really to old for it now they still enjoy the swings and having a clean green space to run around in. The park equipment is perfect for 2 to 6/7 year old and includes a couple of great bridges. Plenty of space for a picnic inside or outside the play around. It also has the bonus in good weather of a regular Ice Cream Van. Although it's popular with small dog walkers we've never had a 'poo' problem when we've been there.

This is a great little park, all fenced off and no dogs allowed ( they are allowed all the green space around the park ), has lots to climb on, a few small child swings and a couple of older children swings. Everything is in pretty good condition. There are no facilities such as toilets or shops so bring your own drinks and snacks, saying that it is a lovely park for a picnic under the big tree in the middle. It is a small basic park but my little one loves it. 27/02/2022 Still a great park, the play equipment for kids has been updated/upgraded and bins added. Great for walking and socialising dogs with room to throw toys and let them run around.

I use Mowbray park for walking my dog the dog bins are emptied frequently, and most people clean up after their dogs. Unfortunately it's not as secure as it could be the gates are a little high off the ground so smaller dogs can get under them (mine has so has to be kept on lead) also dogs can get out through the bottom hedge onto Kinsale Road. But overall a nice open space and separate children's play area.
