First time visiting today with my son and was disappointed. Very over crowded and too busy for him to be able to play properly. Cheap entry and good choice of food/drink but only stayed for 20 minutes because it was too busy.
Perfect indoor soft play for under 6 year olds. So safe and secure that you can sit and relax and watch your little ones enjoy themselves. Well priced and no charge for adults. Very clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Have visited 3 times now and look forward to visiting again as our grandson loves it there. Have visited all of the other soft plays in the area but feel this is the best as no older children running around so much safer for toddlers.
Had a great time with little one here the kids can entertain themselves within viewing distance. No steep falls either so very safe for toddlers perfect up to the age of 3/4yrs old. Friendly staff also 10/10
Absolutely amazing place and extremely good service! The guy at the counter is so polite, understanding, friendly, and responsible. It's refreshing to see. Such great customer service! Highly recommend the place. Softplay is very safe for little ones, no surprise drops.
Jungle run is great for my young son (2). He enjoys going round both areas, his favourite parts being the slides and the tunnel. The staff are always friendly and make nice coffees and hot chocolates. There's a good range of healthy and dietary requirement snacks for the kids (and the adults too). It doesn't cost much and we can be there as long as we want.
Jungle run is based in congresbury next door to cadbury garden center, free parking which is always handy. Small softplay area which consists of 2 levels for both toddlers and older children. Adults don't have to worry as its big enough to navigate around with your child or sit down and can observe your child going around the play area. Toddlers section has soft shapes to play with as well as a wall puzzle of animal faces. Also has a zebra slide. The bigger area which has 2 levels has a tunnel, rope bridge, a see through walkway so you can see who below you with leads to a slide double tiger slide which brings you down to the bottom. Café inside softplay which has toilets located to the side of the counter. Seating with tables is available facing softplay but are limited when busy due to the size of the building, space for around 6 families. Staff are friendly, £4.00 per child.
I had a lovely 3rd birthday party here for my daughter and her friends. For this age it was PERFECT! The children could go round by themselves, and the adults could see them at all times and drink coffee so it was lovely for us too. The sandwich boxes were great and the set up was exactly as needed, and the two staff members here were helpful and attentive. All dietary requirements were catered for. We had the non exclusive party session :) Thank you!
