An absolute con. Clearly set up to miss-sell services using comparison websites by making you commit to a non refundable card payment to secure the offer and then find fault on how information was transcribed across by the third party, blame you for the mistake whether it’s your fault or not and then either charge you to change details on a poly you haven’t even started yet or not refund you your fee to cancel or use the non refunds or fee to tie you in to requote you at a much higher rate. THIS Is A SCAM. It is not your mistake it’s a way of enticing a customer with a lower rate and then trapping that customer with an admin charge or a much higher rate. Either way they profit and you lose. AVOID!!!

After purchasing the policy I was contacted to be informed that the date of purchase was incorrect and i would have to pay an additional £300 on top of £600. I can fully understand that details can affect the price however after paying this as i was ok the road with my vehicle i then cancelled the policy. I was informed of a cancellation free which i agreed to pay. I cancelled my policy on the 14th of October and I have still not received my refund, after contacting customer services I was advised he had requested this be done last week and he was “unsure” why this has not be completed. I am now waiting on complaint team to phone me back while I wait for a refund of £770.

Stay away from this company, They come up cheaper on comparison sites, but then call you to confirm details, find something and blame you for entering the information wrong and hike the price. So you have 2 choices: overpay them or par the cancellation fee. I purchased a policy 4 weeks in advance cancelled shortly after their call and they still charged me the £90. See their reply on photo. Daylight robbery Mike (from right sure) thank you for the response. I am simply making others aware that your company has no 'cool down' period and you 'force' people to purchase from you (after minor changes) or pay the £90. Everyone has been insuring cars for years and they are smart enough to decide if you guys are worth the risk.

DO NOT USE! This company often show us as one of the keenest price on comparison sites BUT after purchasing the policy, they request that you call their call centre to 'verify' all of the details. It seems that not all of the info carries across from the comparison sites to their systems and so there is inevitably a discrepancy - As a result, they re-quote and the new price is significantly more. As you have already paid for your policy, they take an admin fee if you cancel due to the higher price. SIMPLY AVOID!!

Proceeded with this insurer for a company vehicle after getting a quote from a comparison site. Phoned up shortly after for further payment of £85+ then again a few days later requesting a further £250+ for a NCD discrepancy on a completely separate vehicle which was not even listed on the policy documents. Subsequently, we cancelled the policy after losing confidence in Rightsure and their exorbitant prices. Despite cancelling within 14-days, we were still charged £90 by Rightsure. I would strongly recommend NOT insuring with this company. We have since moved over to a mainstream insurance provider and the process was so much more professional with no hidden fees.

We have used Rightsure for our landlord insurance for about three years now. Each renewal is competitive and generally we regard the pricing to be good. We never seem to be able to beat them using comparison sites.

Do NOT purchase insurance from these clowns. Deposit paid of 116, cancelled within a week because other insurers are better and they want to charge a £90 cancellation fee. Its within the 14 day cooling off period and their website does NOT direct you to the horrendous terms and conditions prior to purchase. AVOID

I wouldn't recommend this insurer. It came up on MoneySupermarket. I received a call to discuss the policy after purchasing, something that hasn't happened to me previously in 32 years. They wanted to charge me more due to not being able to use my existing No Claims Discount on a second car, fair enough, but this was not made clear to me when taking out the policy. They stated their cancellation charge was £90, which is significantly higher than other insurers, or £120 more to have 0 years NCD. I ended up paying more. Interestingly, re-running the quote on the price comparison site with 0 years NCD didn't make any difference to the price of the policy, given my age and clean record. Looking at TrustPilot reviews, this appears to be a recent theme with this insurer, look elsewhere and avoid unexpected post purchase premiums.

Absolute rip off. Con merchant,s stay away from this so called company. Insure u online then call u the next day to demand more than double the initial payment on top. So your left with no option but to cancel policy and get charged a ridiculous amount for this. 14day cooling off period my A###. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Avoid! Finally i got to meet proper scammers in my life too. These guys seems to be bot interested in selling insurances but rather endlessly increase initial premium. My story in short - Purchased insurance via MSM app and got cheapest quote. Should have been listening to my intuition as it suggested initially to pay £40 more and get reputable company. Anyway, the email came to suggest that i am insured with highway and rightsure is just a broker. My fault, didnt google before purchasing. Few days later received a call from this company and was scrutinised with tons of questions. The person appeared not happy that couldnt find anything to increase premium. Eventually he discovered that no claim bonus should be shorter because its car related. Ok. Said he need to recalculate. Great. Premium increased by £70. I accept is my fault. I was promised that nothing else is to be changed. Well this was just a start as you may expect. Every other day started receiving multiple Emails, sms, posts with urgent actions to respond within 7 days otherwise insurance is cancelled and penalty charged. I tried to be calm and provided all requested information. Eventually received a voicemail that my premium has to increase because i provided wrong information on how long vehicle is owned. I did send a screenshot from MSM app with what information was sent to them and is correct. They took a pause because they need to speak now to IT department to find out XML files sent across from MSM to them.Few, hopefully couple of days of peace now. Not sure what would be next saga these people will invent. Please expect this to be a stressful journey with these people if you purchase insurance with them. Better avoid. Poor ethics and clearly a scammer company in my subjective opinion. 348 days till renewal with normal company…
