   I spoke to Ian this time to renew the insurance for my land rover. Ian rang me back the following day after speaking to many different people to try and sort something for me. Unforunately they were unable to renew the policy for me due to the vehicle not being old enough to be classic as insurace terms had changed. Ian couldn't apologise enough, he explained the situation to me and he really did try for me which I really appreciate. I still have one of my other cars insured with them and plan to try and get the other classic I own on a policy with them when it is due for renewal. They really are such a pleasure to deal with. I've always found the prices to be cheaper than anywhere else, the policy comes with many perks that other insurance companies would charge you extra for and the customer service is unlike any other insurance company. I feel like I'm talking to a friend who I've known for years when I ring coops up, they've always been really helpful, kind and cheerful. Its the only car insurance company I actually enjoy dealing with. Keep up the great work!
