I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional.
