   I went in for a tyre change got a price which was more than the regular price but it was fine. The issue was the tyre was changed however they never checked for a leakage or any other issues. I needed to change the valve of the wheel in a week after the tyre change. So either they damaged the valve or it was ignored which costed me money and loose trust with kwick fit.

   What a great service the free brake check is. I went there with a noisy front brake. Comprehensive report given & noticed a retainer clip installed the wrong way. Fixed it for free, checked all the brakes (with pics!), tyres too. Fantastic!

   Delighted with the service from Rob at Kwik -Fit Sutton when I left my car to have a tyre replaced. I forgot to give him the code to switch off the air suspension when I left the car so he couldn't put it on the ramp but he didn't complain when I returned and completed the tyre change quickly, put everything away tidily and even checked all the tyre pressures. Thank you

   I came out the gas station to a flat tire …I was able to pump it up however, I took it to kwik fit Sutton just for them to check it out (it’s literally right by my flat) I was told by the older guy that my tire is worn out on the inside, I shouldn’t even be driving it. Then he proceeds to say the tire will cost £200. I told him I can’t afford that I am a single mother & that’s not in my budget. He then said he can order me a tire for the following Monday and it will cost £160. I agreed…my instinct kept telling me over the weekend to get the tire checked out by someone else before I go back on Monday. Took the car to my mothers mechanic….he couldn’t find a hole, a nail nothing he said the tire is fine & maybe the cap not fitted on properly let the air out. That was 2 months ago & I’m still driving on that tire & it has not gone flat. Shame on kwik fit for trying to get over on a new customer & it’s sad that this company has untrustworthy employees. As a result I will no longer be supporting this company with my business

   After being let down at the last minute by the mobile Kwik Fit unit the Sutton Branch stepped in and were very helpful in fitting a new tyre for me on my Tesla. Luckily the tyre requiring replacement was a slow puncture so it meant I could just about get the car to the branch. They let me leave the car overnight and the communication with me during the whole process was excellent. I would recommend this branch and use again without hesitation.

   Everything was ready when I arrived, excellent service and 45 minutes later the car was ready with all the booked work done, no extras etc. impressed with the online purchase and booking system which was executed on site just as should be.

   Had a tyre puncture in weekend. Found the kwik fit the only garage open on Sunday. Went and checked the tyre. Found 2 nails close to each other so staff suggested change the tyre rather than fix. Job was done in 10min!
