I ordered a part which did not come in time. However I came back the next day and was served by George who is a very nice customer service representative at the front desk at the Sutton Branch who very kindly helped me out - need more people like this!
The staff there doesn’t want to work. Only the you d boy at the front helps, everyone else hides at the back and doesn’t work
Dread going to this place. Each customer takes ages to serve then, the one person serving disappears out the back for ages to get parts and absolutely no other staff interested in helping out when there's a queue.

I went to the store to order a £125 Milwaukee heated gilet. The guy serving me said it would be in at 8am the next day, and that he would prefer that i paid for it then. I went back the next day to pick it up, to be told that it was now £144. No one knew why the price had changed, lots of "It's head office mate". The item must have been on offer, and I ordered it on the last day. And even though I had ordered it while it was £125, I would now have to pay £144, because "Thats the price on the system. Nothing I can do mate" Needless to say, I left it with them, and bought it elsewhere.

Sutton branch, I visited for the first time. POSITIVES: The guy on the counter was good, polite, precise at what he did. Their stock is good and fairly priced. NEGATIVES: Parking is difficult, too few spaces on a compact shared industrial park. Service was too slow, only one guy serving on the trade counter, he was taking the order, the payment and going to fetch the products. I was 3rd in the queue and had to wait about 10 minutes to be served. There were a number of other staff out the back so I'm not sure they have their priorities right. If they'd had 2 staff up front the experience would have been better.
A bit off the beaten track tucked away behind the Sutton Recycling site, parking can be busy. Chap behind the counter was attentive and jovial, top marks to him for service.
Struggled to park anywhere near the place. One person on till. Kept waiting several minutes for a click and collect. Badly located branch
